Poured on tap at Melt into a 12 oz glass.
A: A dark red ruby color. Very appealing.
S: Dark fruit and vinegar.
T: Cherries, figs, currents. Some slight vinegar and quite sour.
M: Smooth, tart, and the perfect amount of carbonation.
O: This is a very good beer. Definitely worth seeking out. A very big surprise to me.

Pours a deep, slightly opaque red with an off white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Subtle carbonation. Aromatics are of sour cherry, discernible vinegar and faint wood. Sour cherry and light vinegar are present on the pallet. Slight oakiness and berries present. Complex, not too tart. Excellent starter beer if you're new to sours.
