A - Dull mahogany with bright red ruby highlights in the light. Little to no head.

S - Acidic with a mix of wet oak, tart cherries, sweet dark fruits of plums and dates, balsamic vinaigrette and very light cocoa.

T - Sour cherry, vinous, grapes, raspberry, maybe a touch of plum, oak. Some sweet fruits mix lightly with the tart, sourness.

M - Medium body with lively carbonation. The sour/carbonation combo give it a prickly pucker in the mouth.

D -Fairly sour but still seems approachable for the non experienced sour beer drinker. Very good.

A: pours a slightly hazy reddish-brown with half a finger of white head that fades into a frothy ring with little lacing.

S: tart cherries dominate with sweet candy sugar, some acetic notes, and a bit of barnyard funk.

T: tart cherries and raspberries along with other sour fruits dominate with a decent hit of acetic cinegar flavor. There is a nice bit of underlying funk before a tart, dry finish.

M: light body with moderate carbonation, this beer is light, puckeringly tart, and refreshing.

O: a great beer, overall. Super tart and sour but delicious and refreshing.
