Poured into a Delirium Tremens tulip.
Pours pale clear golden body. Three fingers of head. Good retention and lacing. Typical of the style.
Green apple, fruity esters, rustic bread, and fresh cut grass.
Taste follows smell. Sweet and estery. Green apples and pear. A touch alcoholic. Grainy with an herbal and grassy finish.
Full bodied, dry, well carbonated. Good mouthfeel for the style.
An overall good example of the style.

Clear gold with intense carbonation resulting in a head that sticks around until the glass is empty! The carbonation is quite interesting to watch as it spirals up from the center of the glass when served in it's own glassware.
The aroma is a bit of a letdown after watching the pour and it's result. Some citrus notes, malts with a touch of yeast.
A nice refreshing and crisp brew. Much less hoppy than expected and the alcohol is barely present.
Light bodied and has a bit of a bite in its aftertaste.
Had this on a whim and it sure paid dividends!
