Pours a dark ruby red with excellent lacing.

A elegant, lemony smell.

Beautiful sour yeast! The Belgiany yeast is great. Starts with nice mix of fruit and light malty flavor. Finishes with a cleansing yeast, subtle hop dryness.

Light and bubbly carbonation on the mouthfeel. Rolling, gentle, sweet.

One of my favorite beers.

A - pours a clear brown with a touch of red. Short tan head with some lace. No bubbles.

S - mild aroma of prunes, malt and maybe some cherry. A swirl wakes it up and it becomes more like Merlot.

T - like the aroma with soft dark malt and a sweet red grape note. Low acidity and tartness for the style.

M - medium body. Low-medium carbonation. Fairly sweet with a little bit of tartness.

O - nothing offensive here and nothing spectacular. Conservative flavor and aroma that didn't do much for me.

12 (or 11.2) oz bottle poured into a large snifter

Pours medium brown with a medium amount of pale white head. Plenty of fine active carbonation. Smell is a pretty sour, tartness of cherries and plums with a slight hint of lemon. My wife, who loves sours but is currently pregnant, won't give it back because she wants to keep smelling it.

Taste matches the smell. It's a nice pretty bright sour, fruity and summery. Really, really nice.

Mouthfeel is light but slightly filmy. Overall, I'm sold on Bockor beers at this point. I like this a lot.
