The colour is pale yellow; the liquid is clear. The two finger white airy head sinks slowly leaving some lacing.

The smell is mild with hints of paper, dough, anonymous hops and chalk.

The taste is mild, too. Pulp/paper, some mild sweet notes, artificial bitter hits. The body is weak. Peppery paper notes in the aftertaste as well as some dough and a touch of bitter herbs.

The carbonation is quite strong, the small bubbles are fresh. The liquid is wishy-washy.

Weak flavours, but at least the off-flavours are quite discreet for a budget 2.8% beer. I have had worse. (577 characters)

Svensk Fatöl, ABV: 2.8%.
500 ml can, 5.50 SEK (cheaper if you buy 24 cans) at Willys.

A: Yellow, very pale, straw-coloured look, and a really stubborn head that leaves a lot of lacing.

S: A weak, sour aroma of citrus, dry paper, and hints of soap.

T: Bread and paper on the tongue. Mildly off-flavoured, but not too scary. Some chemical bitterness.

M: Light, rather bubbly mouth, but "crispy" enough to be quite drinkable.

O: Some unpleasant feautures - after all it's cheap - but in the end an OK 2.8% beer for the night-time toast I just had, and it has a surprisingly good head. (587 characters)
