One thing is I like how it's laid out and is a pleasant environment. My first visit was on a Saturday when they have wine tastings, one lonely beer tasting station and live acoustic/jazz music. I run into other beer geeks here (and other locations in California) and in all the time I've gone to Lee's it has not happened. I appreciate when I am not lonely in the craft aisle and people want to chime in and talk brews.

Have some things Lee's doesnt and Lee's has some things that TW doesn't- so about even in selection. One thing I did notice was certain beers seemed a bit cheaper here than Lee's. They have a few beer glasses, but minimal...hopefully they get more as other locations have some interesting cups.

I didn't particularly ask for help in this location so I don't know in terms of service and beer knowledge are they on it or not. They are fast at the registers though for a busy day and are very strict on checking IDs. I will come back and ask questions though to see what they know about their stock as their established Cali locations have some awesome beer geeks working.

I think though there is a Lee's closer to me, this is my preferred beer store in Vegas.

The best Total Wine in the Vegas area by a country mile. Wider aisles, first to get hard to find items ( and in better quantity, too ), the help is usually much better, and their prices are always good.

They also will have the occasional beer class that is a bargain and can be instructive. Quite a few of the employees frequent BA and are fairly informative. And there must be great karma between the distributors and this store. Don't let bottle limits fool you, you're the most likely to get the harder to find seasonals here as anywhere in town.

My go-to store for brews, as well as spirits. And they have their tap open for filling growlers and have some really nice offerings that don't always make it in bottles on the shelves.

I went here to pick up some brews that I cannot get in Oklahoma. The atmosphere is good but it is an enormous store and unless you know where to find what you are looking for it can be quite confusing. The staff there however are very nice and extremely helpful. They seem quite knowledgeable about the overwhelming variety in the store. They do growlers too so plan ahead.
If you are visiting the area this is a must stop!

This place is a must-visit if you are staying in Vegas for a few days. It's a short walk to a Gordon Biersch, so you can knock both out in one visit.

Total wine is a huge store. Most of it is dedicated to wine and spirits. The craft beer is mostly confined to one aisle on the far right of the store. Lots of good stuff, and an emphasis on the big brews. Great DIPA selection when I went.

I picked up a North Coast Sochai Old Stock, Hop Henge, Firestone Union Jack, and a few other bottles. Had a huge supply of Rouge Bacon Maple too.

First off i must say they have the best selection in las vegas. They have more Beer than any one. They also probably have the best prices too. The staff is awesome and will take down your phone number and let you know when the really good stuff come in to town too. The beer is always in code which is a problem in a lot of the other bottle shops and liquor stores. I highly encourage you to check this place out. So if there is a beer your looking for and its in las vegas they will have it. I rated this place 5 because it is the best bottle shop in the valley.

A fair drive from the Vegas strip.. if you don't have access to a car I would suggest going to whole foods instead of this place. I did find a number of beers that whole foods didn't carry however and they webpage inventory helped me pick out exactly what I wanted before I arrived. Prices were a little better than whole foods but there were also some out of date beers so be careful. There a few aisles of beers broken down into styles and only a few were refrigerated. Second best take home beer store in the area behind whole foods.
