Sadly too cold out the tap, had it at Smith's Billards brew fest. Its a dark brown ale, unfiltered no lacing or head period. Looked like yeast smack pack. Overpowering nose of chocolate malt. No hops detected. as it warms up it gets no better, in fact it gets sour Bitter sour mess of a beer.
Overall not a drinkable beer, so bad I poured it out on the street.

22oz bottle poured into a snifter.

A: Dark brown with ruby hues. Clarity looks to be good. Beige head retains at a half inch. Patchy lacing.

S: Honeyed sweetness, brown cocoa, nutty, lightly toasty. Rich and sweet. It does smell like a graham cracker, doused in honey.

T: Big honeyed sweetness. Nutty, brown cocoa, brown sugar. Touch of yeast. Spicy hops at the back end. Sugary sweet finish.

M: Medium bodied. Slick and somewhat coating/syrupy. Tingling carbonation.

O: More in the brown porter realm, as roastiness is very restrained. It drinks rather like a big sweet brown ale. It does convey a Graham cracker impression, so it works conceptually. The overall sweetness wears on the palate after a while though. Definitely a beer for those with a sweet tooth. Pairing recommendation on the bottle: pork medallions with maple brown sugar porster glaze. Sounds about right.

A - Poured a deep mahogany brown with red/brown edges, over an inch of khaki head and pretty good lacing down the tumbler

S - Caramel, honey, maple, breadiness, slight alcohol. In a word, sweet.

T - Follows the nose, honey and sweetness throughout. Caramel and some breadiness. Bit of alcohol on the end. Tasty but fairly one-dimensional.

MF - Smooth, drinkable, nice carbonation. Light/medium body is deceptive for the ABV.

O - Not sure about graham cracker but this is a caramel/honey, sweet porter. Good, not great.
