A perfect place to enjoy some beer. It has an awesome pub feel. Its cozy and inviting. Not very big, and there are no tv's to distract your from your beer (or your conversation). Taps (~14) rotate pretty quickly. A lot of the usual suspects for PA, plus some rarer belgians and staples from some of the US's larger craft breweries. They have a decent size bottle selection, and there are always 2 casks that feature local PA beers and English session/real ales are always flowing. They even have their own 'Bulls Head Bitter" brewed by St. Boniface, which is quite tasty.
The food is great too. Traditional pub fare, as well as some unexpected goodies (e.g. the deviled eggs w/ candied bacon and fried oysters). It's a little on the pricey side, but the atmosphere, service, great beer and great food make it worth the visit.

I live 5 minutes from Bull's Head and I'm damned appreciative of that fact! There's always something good on tap, the prices are good, the service is good, the food is top shelf and since they've expanded their seating area both inside and out, it's a nice place to hang out as well! I've had plenty of "first time" beers here and I plan on having plenty more. Well worth a visit if you happen to be in the area.

Great service, great food, great beer. I was there for the cask ale festival and was very impressed with the selection. The food is delicious. The bartender filled our growlers early when we explained that we had to go to work before the festival reopened. The pub breakfast on Saturdays is delicious. The bison burger is excellent.
