The first time I tried this brew was on tap, but the bar had their tap temperatures set too low, probably around 30°. I liked the first sip, but it wasn't until letting it sit for about 5-10 minutes (to about 40°) when the temperature of the beer rose, that these out of the ordinary flavors really came through. The nose reminds me of butterscotch, which was very unique to me. Delicious taste, malty vanilla and creamsicle being the most notable characteristics. Finishes slightly peppery. A perfect beer to have with dessert, yet light enough to drink a six pack throughout the day, if only this beer was bottled (hopefully someday). This is one of Papago Brewery's only brews that they do not bottle from what I've been told. You will only be able to find it in bars, but the price is most definitely worth it. By far the best beer I've had since I've moved to Arizona.

Poured a pretty, clear orange with little head. The lack of head is offset by how pretty the beer looks as light filters through the glass. Scents of orange, wheat malt, and a slight hint of both cracker and cream. Taste follows the nose, orange, wheat malt, cream and a cracker taste on the finish. Very nice, very refreshing and reminiscent of an orange cream popsicle. Mouthfeel was light bodied, with moderate carbonation, fitting a wheat beer. This is a pretty good wheat beer, not too heavy and with a nice, unique flavor. I'd have it again.
