Hit this up post-lunch today with my girl and her father. He was kind enough to drive us down, which means we were free to enjoy away!
A small looking bar in a stripmall - not what I expected, but I've seen some places with questionable exteriors open up to beer wonderlands inside, so we went ahead and entered. Immediately put my mind at ease, as we opened the door to find darkness, tables everywhere, a few coolers and a bar in the back, and a generally great atmosphere.
Quality was awesome. The bartender was nice enough to pour some of their beers into a sampler of sorts for free. Kudos dude - much appreciated. We got to try their beers and had an ABYSS on tap. WOW! And their irish coffee stout was no slacker - great flavored stout! The whole place was quality all around. And the people working there were super nice. Went home with bottles of Black Bute XXI, Abyss 09, Woodcut 3, Odells Bourbon Barrel Stout, Alaskin Baltic, and some New Belgians.
So, see above, but the selection was amazing. 20+ taps, 5-6 of their own brews, and just a top notch place. I also enjoy 4 peaks for a Phoenix brewery and Sun Devil for bottles, but this is my new must stop if only in-town-for-a-night place. Great time!

Good selection. The bottle selection in the coolers in back was impressive. The atmosphere was exactly as expected. A good thing. Good knowledge of what's on tap. Not that busy and service was weak. I don't need attention, but I want service. Maybe if you sit at the Bar they'll remember you're in the building. Pass on the beer bites appetizers.

Stopped in here after O.H.S.O. since they were so close together, I have had a few Papago beers before, I was really looking forward to checking them out. Atmosphere is kind of disjoined but still good. You have the front seating area, the bottle shop to the left, another dining area in a different room off to the left and then the bar area in the rear of the space. More and more people came in as my visit wore on, making it feel more together. Service was solid. I never had to wait for a beer and he was awesome to tall to. Selection was great. Five of their own beers on with a great verity of others crossing lots of different styles. As I had just eaten I skipped the food but the pizza looked great sitting a few people away from me. Prices were pretty good, some of the bottles to go were a little high but if I strike out in the next few weeks I may return to pick some up. Overall a really nice bar/brewery that I would definitely return to in the future, maybe even the near future.

I went there yesterday with a friend and hoping to get that Pilsner Urquell that came in a cast and was unfiltered and unpasteurized but I missed it by 1 1/2 hours. That was a drag! I know that I got there late but I was more upset that more friends wouldn't meet me there. I guess once is enough. I don't know, they have a lot of beers and several on tap but the service was bad. It was poor! I even went to the bar to see is it was self-service and a server said someone would be around. Someone did and five minutes later came back with our beers. She could have made it sooner but 4 1/2 minutes were spent talking at the bar after the beers were poured. She then couldn't remember what beers where which and had her nose practically in all of them and literally in one.
The atmosphere is that of an old bar. It is dark and fairly noisy. There are tales four, six, and more plus sitting at the bar. Several beers on tap. They say there is 30 but I think there were less. There are many bottled beers in there cooler and you could buy them to take home.
We only had beer and then left. The service, being so poor, would have taxed my patience waiting when I knew it was ready and had to wait for the server to deliver. I had been directed to enjoy the beers but to skip the food by some friends who had been there before.
