at first I was not sure what to think of this beer. I have never had a beer with ONLY nelson hops, but WOW was I impressed. Could not tell how strong this guy was, but the aroma and taste of these hops was great. job well done! (230 characters)

One of the best IPA's I've experienced thus far. If only they would release it again. I found the last remaining bottle in the secret stash of a great liquor shop. Ask for it, you might get lucky. (196 characters)

22oz bottle poured into snifter

A: Burnt orange color, a little white head dissipates quickly has a light lacing a little cling

S: smells like sharp acidic grapefruit almost wants to go onion but not quite

T: beers starts out almost astringent earthy almost unpleasant then slowly you get hints of stone fruit and ends with a little sweet fruity taste

M: medium body lays on the tongue a little bit but doesn't cling too much

O: It reminds me a lot of Stone's Enjoy by series and that is not a compliment. I've had other Nelson hopped beers and they were amazing fruity juicy pleasures to drink this beer is astringent and harsh acidity up front that you have to blow past before you can almost taste it has a fruity underlying. This beer is a pass. (755 characters)
