We teamed up with Alexandra Nowell of Three Weav3rs Brewing Co. to brew this citrusy IPA. Brewed with bohemian pilsener malt and dry hopped with Pacific Jade, Citra and El Dorado, then finished with Buddha's Hand and Pommelo zest,. Lemon Yellow in color, light to medium in body, with a striking aroma/flavor of grapefruit, apricot and magnolia flowers.

Pours a honey yellow with wonderful rings that dissipate after a few minutes. Crisp and relatively light with a clean, lingering bitterness hop finish. Refreshing.

On tap in a tulip. Pours a hazy gold copper with a thin white head, nearly no lace. Smell of citrus and some earthy floral tones, and taste follows with similar citrus and floral hops prominent. Sharp bitterness and full crisp malt to balance, with a lingering slightly prickly feel, overall feel is full and crisp. Very tasty!

Aroma of grass, lemon, and citrus. Very clear gold color that resembles a lager. Very good carbonation with medium/light body. Taste of pleasant lemony hops.

13 Oz pour into a goblet at my local wine/brew pub. A-blonde like a viking woman. S-lemon, orange zest, hop tastic. T-delicious very citrus makes you want to keep coming back for a drink. Don't hesitate to pick this one up if you see it available on tap or in a bomber. Every time I try something from noble I'm pleasantly surprised.
