Sweet, full bodied, very unique with tons of coffee.

A: Much like Naughty Sauce and Master of Disguise, this beer is deceptive in appearance with its golden color. This is served on nitro exclusively, which is clear by is fluffy white head.

S: This smells like sweet coffee and chocolate. Definitely appealing, but I can see how this would deter people who like more bitter or bourbony stouts.

T: Wow!!! This is absolutely fantastic. Lots of sweet, decadent chocolate flavors. This is incredibly smooth--you wouldn't even know there's alcohol in here. I could drink this all day. Couldn't imagine this served any other way than on nitro.

M: Thick and creamy. This is perfect for this beer.

O: This is easily one of my all time favorites. If you can find this beer, drink it... you won't regret it.

WOW, I thought that Naughty Sauce was amazing. I can't comprehend how great and smooth this imperiale was. So easy to drink with a high ABV it's almost dangerous.

On nitro tap at the Noble Ale Works 3rd Anniversary Party held at Noble Ale Works in Anaheim, CA.

Described as the imperial version of Naughty Sauce with Costa Rican Llano Bonito coffee from Portola Coffee Lab and lactose added.

Pours a hazy orange with a foamy tan head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Small swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of toasted malt, coffee bean, and vanilla aromas. Taste is much the same with coffee and vanilla flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of roast bitterness and an alcohol kick on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and smooth mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer but I prefer the regular version of Naughty Sauce more.

This was served to me as "Imperial Naughty Sauce," and that alone made me giddy
with excitement. I had previously enjoyed Naughty Sauce on several occasions and
found it to be an instant guilty pleasure.

I was not disappointed. This beer is dangerously delicious. It's the closest beer I have
ever come across to the unsafe addictive qualities of hard drugs. While the 12+ ABV
is surprisingly hidden, it makes it's presence known. The coffee is not shy either and
yet submits to the overall perfect blend of ingredients. This is not an every day beer.
This is not a food beer. This is not a refreshing beer. This is like a fine port after dinner.
It manages to seduce you and sophisticate you at the same time.

The reason I say "dangerous" is that this beer drinks far too easily for such a high
gravity beer. Given enough of a budget, a foolish beer drinker could find himself in an
embarrassing situation.

I hope you all get a chance to experience. Responsibly. If possible.

On tap in Noble Ale Works. $7 for a 12 oz standard pour.

Golden color for an RIS, unlike the vast coloured pitch black RIS out there.

Dangerously drinkable. A little faint of alcohol. But the tremendous taste of coffee awash over the palate rendered you with the feeling that you can consume 1 litre of this necar in no time.

Very good, although a bit pricey to drink regularly but it's downright impressive.

I just can't get used to golden stouts. They are all missing something. This smells like a cheap cup of coffee, but I appreciate the fact that they get that smell from a beer that looks like that. Taste is sweet with a bit of roasted coffee. Mouthfeel is amazing. Worth a try, but I couldn't get through a whole glass.
