On cask at Noble Ale Works in Anaheim, CA.
Pours a clear light orange with a foamy bone head that fades to nothing. No lacing on the drink down. Smell is of grain, earth, grass, and honey aromas. Taste is much the same with earth, grass, and hay flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a low level of carbonation with an almost flat mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty and easy to drink.
Serving type: on cask.
