Poured into a Stone flute glass. Pours a medium golden amber with a thin white head that dissipates to patches with light lacing. Aroma of lightly caramel malt, dank and lightly citrus hops, orange, mild light stone fruit, suggestions of tropical fruit. Flavor is pale malt with a hint of caramel, citrus and dank hops, dried apricot and peach, passion fruit, mixed citrus. A little spiciness in the finish. Medium bodied with light creaminess and sharp carbonation. An interesting display of Mosaic hops with a solid malt that is supportive while allowing the Mosaic hop flavors to come to the fore. I’ve had a number of Mosaic ales but the flavors here are unique. The fruit character is of well dried mixed fruit. Many of the beers I’m trying here in California hazies (many breweries seemed to be concentrating on them), so I am pleased to find a flavorful, more traditional imperial here. Nice introduction to the brewery.

16oz can served in a pint glass. If there's a date, I don't see it. Gift from @mr-jj.
Pours clear golden with a smallish head and a lot of pretty carbonation. Smell is tropical, guava, and resin.
Taste is moderate tropical fruitiness, with a strong bitterness I might associate with mango skin or something similar, as well as the hop resin bitterness.
Mouthfeel is big and thick but not sticky. Overall, nice beer.

Clear gold, big head.
Blah.
Kinda vegetable-y, very floral, little peppery but no fruit -- saison with the wrong yeast stain? Glad these are out there as non-hazies, but I playing don't like Mosaic.
Not that dry, clean finish.
