On-tap at Beachwood BBQ, on to the beer:
This is a pee yellow color with little head formed on top. Its head retention is short, and doesn't leave lace around the glass. Aroma is a mix of sour lactic acid and malted wheat, giving you two worlds in one whiff. Big lemon note too.
A tasty gose. There is a pleasant tartness with drives the beer, with some malted wheat sweetness which cuts some of the tartness. A hint of salt is noted, no need to go crazy with it. It's a light bodied beer which lifts your spirit, gentle carbonation which lifts the beer's sensation, and a modest tartness in the aftertaste.
This is a fun gose which would be appropriate to drink during most days. Keep it going Noble....

this is a gorgeous and innovative beer, im surprised we dont see more teas in beer, this makes perfect sense to me but i have not seen it before. a gose brewed with a delicate, fragrant, herbaceous, and floral oolong tea, its wonderful beer, drinkable forever, and another one that makes me wish i had regular access to beer from these guys. the tartness here is clean and lemony, bright and new tasting fresh and refreshing, but the tea grounds it beautifully, picking up the dry wheat malt a little bit, and adding some dried grassy bitterness too that helps mellow the acidity. the salt is subtle and there is a floral spice element in with the tea before the bitterness comes on, its really pretty amazing the way the base beer seems to receive the tea, it loves it, and so do i. the tea almost tastes brewed and blended in, its not so harsh or intense as it can sometimes be in beer, and the delicate nature of it helps this seem as well refined as it does. crisp and dry finish with a lingering bitter note from the tea and light citrus zest from the lacto. minerals and wheat tannins, i cant get enough. one of the more delicious, drinkable, and innovative gose types ive had in awhile...

A: Bright lemon and lemongrass, with a zippy lacto sourness, and saltiness
A: Straw color, hazy, with a thin semi-rocky head that quickly dissipates into the glass.
T: Floral with a lemony tartness, moderate bready wheat presence, with a light salty finish.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Tasty; the beer has an interesting floral character from the tea without the typical tea earthiness. Pretty refreshing to drink!

Pours a semi clear yellow with a fizzy white head that disappears. Smells of salty tart lemon, lime, and orange citrus. Flavor follows with an interesting flavor I can't quite put my finger on but assume it is from the Mongolia oolong tea. Feel is nice and salty tart, light, easy to drink and very refreshing. Give me this by the case over summer and I will be one happy man. Prost(ish)!

Poured a nice light and slightly hazy yellow color with an off white head. Smells and flavors start off with the tart and funky Gose qualities you come to expect, and then you get hit by a green-tea by way of white-tea quality that is surprisingly potent. Like a Chinese tea garden.

I had this beer on-tap in a goblet at the brewery.
Appearance: cloudy yellow hue with a thin white layer of foam. Not bad.
Smell: bright, tart and wheaty. A classic gose aroma, but with a floral twist. I like it.
Taste: wheaty and lightly sweet. There's a good tartness here along with a very complementary botanical character. It reminds me of jasmine, actually. I think it's great!
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: the real story with this beer is the botanicals. They really elevate the gose in a complex way.
