This place is easy to miss if you are coming here the first time. It's buried among sea of faceless squared commercial buildings in Anaheim. But once you found it you have won't have trouble finding here the second time.
Very small tasting room compared to other notable OC breweries. Their beers are overall pretty good, and they do experiments on them extensively. They have all their bottled offerings in the coolers ready to go as well as doing growler & grumbler fills. Not much atmosphere to speak of but they do rotate their selections frequently so it earns its merit to come here periodically.

Great wide selection of rotating beers. Cool open warehouse vibe that is walking distance to the Angels stadium.

Lots of good IPA's on draft, good vibe with the Angels game on a projector screen.

Stopped in before a Ducks game to check this place out. It's a typical small brewery setup in an industrial location. There was about 30 people enjoying their offerings when we got there. Seating is limited and I think was only one real table. I didn't have high expectations so I really didn't care about the seating, after all, I came here to check out the beer.

Their board showed 20 beers on tap with a nice variety that included a cask choice, Belgians, Strong Ales, Stouts of several varieties, Kolsch and yes-about 6 IPAs of different strengths and styles.

They sell most of their beers in your choice of 4oz, 12oz or 16oz. Some offerings are limited to 4oz. I like this way of doing it because it gives me the chance to sample without getting stuck with 16oz of swill.

Here is what we sampled: MathmTical IPA- golden light color, all hops, citrus, grapefruit and pine. Comes in at 7.5 Abv. I liked it-very good. I Love it IPA- similar to the first one and very good also. Citra Yum Yum Triple IPA- you can get this in a 4 or 12oz glass. It pours like a cloudy lemonade. Very hoppy on both ends and it's hard to tell its racking at 12.3 Abv! I really liked this one and I am glad I was careful and had the 4oz offering. The last ale we tried was the Naughty Sauce. It's a golden milk stout with coffee on nitro. Sounds like it's all over the board and doesn't know what it wants to be. I have to say that I was surprised how roasty it was and nitro did wonders for it.

They have different food trucks there each night so food is an option. Hop heads will approve. I liked their ales and I will return.

Huge sports presence which makes sense since they're near where the Angels play. Did a sampler and beers were good but not great. Place was full but still not congested. A nice neighborhood brewery to catch the game a have one after work. Not in the upper echelon yet.

Been looking to visit this place for some time. Located in a small industrial park, there's a lot of parking nearby that fools you into thinking that the tasting room is bigger than it is. Woefully small for the normal weekend crowd. Their beers are solid and there are at least 8 taps available plus bottled offerings. Their IPAs are well done and some of my favorites.

Eventually, they're gonna have to rethink their seating plan to help accommodate the crowds that show up on weekends. It's mostly standing room only after a while and even standing room is limited.

Overalll, their brews are worth tasting and the place worth visiting. Be prepared to stand due to the limited space. I'll be coming back but probably on a week day hoping the crowds will be less.

Cheers!

Cool place to grab some tasty beers before an Angels game or Ducks game. The taproom is small but the beer is good.

A bit small with fewer beer selections than I'd like, but what I had was great.

Quintessential small brewery set up. Small bar up front with picnic table set up in the brewing area. A single tv, which is all you need at a brewery, dawns the right wall behind the bar. A very beer knowledgeable bartender when I went, had many cool "beer" history stories and brewery stories. Everyone knows why ipa is called ipa but do you know how Guiness started? Go and ask, cool story.

Noble Ale Works is located just north of Angels Stadium and just to the west of Honda Center, which would indicate heavy traffic in the area on gameday. No sports teams in town today, the better. That makes the drive to and from the brewery the easier. Parking is plentiful at the brewery, and I had arrived at 4pm with the tasting room door already open. Great, their ready to serve me. Or not. It looks like a brewery tour bus arrived beforehand with 30 people, some still waiting in line with only one person pouring the beers. Initially, it took time to get my first round, but rounds two and three were much more swift.

The tasting room is compact with seating for 30. A handful of tables sitting close to each other with chairs, a handful of seats at the tasting bar, and additional room inside the brewery itself if room ran out in the tasting room. Although I spotted room for 22 taps plus a cask, "only" 8 of the taps were pouring beer. Good diversity of beers, from a standard pilsner, to a pale ale, Double IPA, chile IPA, and even a Belgian Strong Dark Ale. Standard beers were pouring for $5 a pint, and enhancing the overall experience was the glassware; no shaker pints. Noble branded stange pints, tasting flights, and 12 ounce chalices. It also helps that the beers were in good quality.

Worth visiting? You betcha.

Typical industrial style garage format with a smallish size bar and tasting room with a few tables behind.

I got the sampler, and to be honest, each beer was either below average to average. The chile beers were not very pleasant, the herb beers were average and the IPA/DIPA were forgettable.

The bartender seemed pleasant, tried to converse with him a little but wasn't too interested.

This was unfortunately the least memorable stop I made in all of the San Diego and great SD area. Wouldn't visit again.

I visited Noble since I was in the area doing other beer stuff. It's in an industrial park with the tasting room on one side of the building and the brewery on the other side of the wall. There is a bar area with seats and some tables set up as well. I believe they had around 12 of their beers available with some of their bottled beers for sale as well. Lots of different styles with some tap exclusives and even a barrel aged beer available. The quality of everything was good and they served their tasters in flights of 5 for a low cost. Service was good the entire time I was there even though it got pretty busy. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.
