Had this on tap during a recent vacation to Florida. I homebrew with orange blossom honey all of the time, so I was excited to have a commercial beer with that in it.
Appearance: Clear and copper colored. Thin head.
Smell: Slight fragrence from the orange blossom honey.
Taste: Slight citrus flavor, similar to coriander. The honey is there, but it's not popping.
Mouthfeel: Crisp and light.
Drinkability: Lagers are pretty drinkable and this is interesting enough to have a couple.
They don't use a lot of orange blossom honey, but the flavor is there. An interesting little beer to try, but the flavor could be punchier.
As has been said, this doesn't resemble a pilsner in any meaningful way. The base is an unremarkable pale lager.
Serving type: on-tap
