Pours brilliantly clear without much foam; the small head fades quickly. Smell is sweet malt and restrained German hops. Taste is more of the same, a nice hop flavor that is overshadowed by sweet malt. Light and refreshing but finishes a little too sweet. Overall, nice and easy-drinking but needs a smidgen more hop character to balance things out.

On tap poured into a pint glass.
Pours a very clear yellow with a fluffy two finger head. Nose is crisp and fresh with a bit of sulfur.
Taste is very light and sharp with a decent but light hop bite. Pilsner malt balances it well. It's a decent beer.

On draft at Splash, Burlington, VT.
Poured a bright straw hue with a one finger frothy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured round pilsner malts and a vibrant noble hop.
The taste consisted of crisp yet soft bready malts highlighted by a green leafy noble hop spice.
The mouthfeel was typical of the style.
Overall a very well made pilsner.

Received a pint of medium gold, clear brew with a slight white fizzy head and no true lacing. Good clarity, some rising bubbles.
Light malt and some herbal leafy hop notes. Nothing in your face.
Nice crisp light malt. Some bitter grain husk, some moderate hop bitterness, with light bread sweetness and a clean crisp finish.
Lighter bodied, decently carbonated. Just right.
Overall, a big surprise. Found his on tap at a wedding and was recommended by the barkeep. Adequate intensity of flavors, with the just right malt-bitter ratio. Liked it quite a bit. A nice solid version of the style.
