On tap at the brewery Orange flavour, orange coloured body, and lacey. good drinking, with a nice hoppyness. A continuation of their base red beers, and more of an imperial version of it. Rye edge subtly adds taste and edge. One to try if you are there.

This was a homerun and great new addition to the Pinglehead family. Spicy rye, Candy Sweet malts, Medium body, American hops. I ws expecting another IPA with some rye in it which is getting overdone. This was more of a rye beer. Like a german rye. tons of spicy flavors but backed up with a nice hop presence. It was also big flavors all around and I had not idea that this was nearly 10%.... it drank easy and I loved it.

Single finger head with thick excellent lacing on a clear amber with golden hues body. Aroma is mild with mostly burnt caramel, grapefruit and candied oranges. You can tell in advance this one will be malty. Flavors offer many hop notes including grapefruit, earthy, herbal and mild pine resin on a caramel malts base. The rye is actually well represented throughout this one. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Very nice hoppy red rye ale.
