I don't legitimately taste cascade hops in this brew. it hurts things because of its namesake, and im not being critical (i am, but not unnecessarily so). light copper brassy color, inch of white head, ive seen this before. nose of English hops of all things, why is that the case, maybe too much cara malt balance, but its still a hoppy brew, inexplicable. medium body, great carbonation, this beer works, although as a stylistic misfit. its drinkable yet its heavy duty, its hoppy, yet is has a perfect malt balance, its delicate but its not at all. i like it for these reasons, although i think its a bit safe, which i never like from a brewer. safe is bullshit, and this is safe, even though it tastes good.
