Poured from the bottle into a tulip glass.
A real nice amber red body, a bit cloudy but quite uniform and pleasant in appearance. Head makes a nice creamy tan with thin bubbles and a good amount of staying power. Rising yellow small pinhead carbonation creeps up. Very nice looking.
The nose is quite refreshing. Clean, with a sense of mild grass like hop, but also some classic Belgian bready malt sense and yeast. Some mint hides in there also.
Mouthfeel is quite rich and creamy, with a nice carbonation that doesn't come off as fizzy. Hints of creamy toffee and sticky taffy candy. Malt rich caramel a bit, with a fleeting palate flavor. Finish brings some milky carnation condensed milk qualities too.
Overall pretty good, worth drinking again, but not strongly drawn to it though.

[Best served in a Tulip glass]
The pour was a cloudy medium red with some brown undertones and a large (2-3 finger) white frothy head that diminished quickly down to a thin cap and medium collar, producing fair sheets of lacing.
The aroma was of a mild bread malt, floral hops and a moderate dose of sweaty yeast with notes of apple, caramel and dark fruit (plums and cherries).
The taste was lightly malty and sweet with hints of caramel and apple from the start and sweetly acidic with a note of dark fruit and a good yeast presence at the end. The flavor hung on for a little while with a nice fruity wheat taste left behind.
Mouthfeel was a step above light in body with an oily dry texture and a lively carbonation.
Overall a brew that is very drinkable, and has a delightful mellow fruity flavor...

Pours a clear, reddish amber with a mountain of brownish, loose, foamy head that has decent retention. There are a ton of carbonation bubbles rising to the top. The nose is caramelly and sweet with a bit of a yeasty note. The flavor is caramel up front followed by a bitter hop note. There is a faint, spicy yeast character throughout. There is a fruity, crab apple character that is bitter and off key. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, smooth, but quite crisp.
This is not very good. The fruity, bitter, apple flavor really ruins it for me. I would have liked a bit more balance. For a belgian ale I would have expected a fuller body and a little more spice. I probably won't be having this again.

Poured from a brown 12 oz. bottle. Has an amber color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is mild, some yeast. Taste is good, fruits, yeast, mild yet flavorful, no alcohol taste is present. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is an easy drinking and enjoyable beer.

Poured from a bottle into a snifter.
Pours a clear reddish amber. Creamy off-white head reaches just over a finger and retains very, very well. There's a decent amount of lacing stuck to the glass in thick sheets.
The aroma is sweet and spicy. Caramel, bread, sugar, dark fruits (I'm thinking mostly cherry), spicy Belgian yeast. Maybe also a tad metallic.
Flavor pretty much follows the sweet/spicy route. There's an herbal hop flavor, as well. The spice I'm detecting is clove, and I may be tasting a little banana as well. I'm not tasting the cherries that I smelled, but it's still certainly fruity. Lasting herbal finish.
Body is medium, with the ever-flowing stream of bubbles giving it an active, lightly tingly feel. A very easy drinker. There's nothing off-putting that might slow you down, though the herbal flavor could wear on you after a while. Certainly not a bad effort, it just lacks excitement.
