This one pours a golden hazy orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like passionfruit, pine, peach, pineapple, and grapefruit.
Hill Farmstead clearly knows what they are doing regarding Galaxy hops. This is just so clean, with a great dry and clean bitterness on the finish, with a nice clean juiciness up front, with pineapple and passionfruit mostly, and some grapefruit bitterness.
This is light bodied, clean, and very drinkable.
Hill Farmstead still makes my absolute favorite hoppy beers, they still make me happy all these years later after first trying them.

L: Hazy yellow with a thick white head and excellent lacing.
S: Peach, pineapple, and kiwi with a touch of pine. Very subtle breadiness to the malt.
T: Mild bitterness up front, moves into juicy citrus, pineapple, and peach. Very light malt backbone that provides a simple breadiness as a backdrop for the hops.
F: Lush, creamy body
Overall: A beautiful single hop beer. Very balanced on the palate and does an incredible job showcasing Galaxy. Among the single hop pale ales I have had from them, this is one of my favorites along with Citra and Simcoe.

A- Served from a 2L growler to a tulip glass. The body itself is extremely cloudy and hazy with a very pale golden hue. A thick and creamy cap rises atop the brew to about a half inch high with good retention. A massive ring forms at the edges painting the glass with plentiful pillows of lacing.
S- Bright and dank hops off the top with waves of different aromas and plenty of strength for a low ABV Pale Ale. Galaxy personified with notes of pineapple, dank weed, mango, slight melon, a bit of grapefruit, tangerine and lemon. A bit of pale grains but not much beyond those clean, juicy hops.
T- Melons and mango nectar lead things off with a blast of juicy hops right up front. This ends up leading to notes of lime peel, grapefruit, tangerine, orange, pineapple, floral and a slight bit of lemon. Pale cereal grains and a hint of bread round it out but again the star is by far the hops.
MF- Puffy and creamy light body with moderately high carbonation. The bubbles have held up with just a bit of time in the fridge just fine. Ends with a bright citrus bitterness that is just a bit pithy.
I know I have had this up in VT on draft before but this is probably the best batch I can remember to date. The aroma is a blast of dank and tropical vibes where the flavor balances things out a bit more with the citrus becoming more obvious. Nectar of the beer gods here.
