Poured from the tap into a pint glass
The color is an orange/gold with two fingers of foamy white head and some nice lacing left on the glass.
The smell is pretty fruity with some hops coming out first then letting the aroma of peach mix a little tangerine. A floral aroma also comes out toward the end and makes the nose pretty inviting.
The taste is hoppy with a decent bitter pine flavor that is none too strong. The hops are pronounced but more mellow then some hop forward beers I have tried. The malts come out with some biscuit flavor that balances things a bit. The hops lend some orange or grapefruit flavor as things ease back into a slight bitter flavor toward the end.
The feel of this beer is pretty well balanced and easy drinking. There is a medium body to this beer that seems to glide through your palate. A well made beer.
Serving type: on-tap

2 liter growler shared with many PA locals!
poured into HF glass.
Appearance: cloudy golden yellow bodied beer with massive creamy white head.
Smell: Lots of juicy peach and grass in the aroma! Slightly dank and hint of chalk and cat piss. Hint of bready malts.
Taste: Mild bitterness. Lots of juicy peach hops. Hint of citrus and pine. A mildly dankness and a hint of chalk! Light bready malts that are perfect for those hops.
Mouthfeel: light body with low almost moderate carbonation levels. Very creamy and very drinkable.
Overall: This is almost like Pseudosue with a more prodominent peachy hop profile. As expected Edward is an excellent hoppy beer brewed by Sean Hill.
Serving type: growler
