Had on tap in a tulip glass.
A: Nice cloudy grapefruit color with a modest head.
S: Citrusy hop aroma
T: Very well balanced with the aroma. Very drinkable.
O: This is a very good beer. Not the biggest beer out there, but well balanced character with great smell and smooth flavor. This would be a great beer to have one after another.
Wish there was better access to more of the Hill Farmstead products.

On-tap at Prohibition Pig in Waterbury, VT. Consumed on 11/1. Written from notes.
A - Peach in color with a light white head. Cloudy with no sediment. Perfect suspension. Left beautiful foam lacing.
S - Intensely fragrant. Smelled of fresh hops. Absolutely wonderful smell.
T - Orange, lemon, and fresh hops with a lasting moderately bitter finish. Completely hides ABV.
M - Standard HF high quality. Crisp and clean, and left nice tingle throughout mouth.
O - Best APA I have tried. Surprised it was not an IPA. Highly recommended.
