Tap: Poured a hazy bright yellow color ale with large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of floral hay and citrus notes with fruity ester and quite incredible. Taste is also dominated by fresh citrus notes with nice floral notes with fresh crisp cereal notes. Body is about average with great carbonation. Loads of hoppy with very limited amount of bitterness. Another winner from this brewer.

Pored out of a 750 ml flip top bottle into a snifter glass
Pours a muddled old gold and orange body with a thick lace producing head
Smells like dill pine resin Lemon And faint malt
The taste is very similar to the smell profile
Medium mouth feel
I would certainly put this beer up there amongst the worlds best apa's. not the prototype of a Pliny the elder but close and a pleasant drink.

Poured from a 750ml growler into a snifter. Color was a medium dark amber hue, with a very thin white lacing. Aroma was a fruity floral with strong citrus notes. Flavor started off with a hoppy flavor, but sweet hops with a bit of a orangy profile. Felt great in the mouth. Just a bit of cling to the insides, a tad too much kick on the tongue for my liking. Overall a great beer. Easily accessible for most people, but refined enough to enthusiasts to enjoy.
