A: Golden orange, as hazy as it gets, about an inch and half of white fluffy head. Lots of lacing.
S: Hop heaven. Tons of juicy citrus: ripe orange, tangerine, grapefruit, mango. Amazing. Fresh hops just burst from the nose. I think there are simcoe hops in here, has the characteristic aroma in the background.
T: Really fresh, juicy, citrus hops. Same depth and profile as the nose. A bit of bitterness and pine, but not anywhere near what I'd call a bitter IPA. Really light and clean malt that has a little of crystal sweetness, but finishes is pretty dry. Citrus hops are a bit mild compared to the nose and seem to fade to some floral notes in the middle and finish. Finish is a little bitter with floral, pine, and some citrus. Fairly light, dry, and clean. It tastes unbelievably fresh.
M: Light to medium bodied, moderate to slightly high carbonation, somewhat sticky and resinous. Very nice crisp, dry finish. About as smooth as any dry IPA can be.
O: Easily one of the best American Pale Ales I've had. It has more hop flavor than most IPAs, but with a great balance of bitterness and malt. It is a lot more dry than it is sweet, but I think it's a perfect balance of sugar. Crazy good crisp finish with a really pleasant lingering aftertaste.
