Growler thanks to ILOVESTOUTS poured into a pair of Hill Farmstead stems.
Pour: Hazy, bright yellow orange body, with two fingers of white fluffy head. Lots of sticky lacing, and the head lingers for the majority of the glass.
Smell: Big, bright grapefruit and mango up front. Lots of juicy citrus. A touch of white pepper, and light breadyness.
Taste: Really clean grapefruit and citrus juiciness throughout the entirety of the taste here. A very light white pepper. A slight doughy sweetness. Finishes with a light bitterness and linger citrus fruits.
Mouthfeel: Incredibly refreshing and drinkable. Very light bitterness, and a very juicy consistency.
Overall: One of the most drinkable pale ales I’ve had and maybe the best.

A-Pours a cloudy, pale yellow color. This brew sports a pretty little cap of soft white foam. Decent lacing.
S-The Citra hop is in full bloom. Citra has such a magnificent, delectable aroma and Hill Farmstead has showcased it in masterful fashion. I could go on and on with descriptors but instead I will say that this beer smells of glorious Citra.
T-Citra hop, perhaps the best hop in my opinion. The flavor packed into this beer is laughably intense. The whole cornucopia of hop-driven fruit flavors is present here. I loved up the finish; it finishes like a Pale Ale. A nice little sweetened doughy character that keeps the spotlight on the hoppiness.
O-I have wanted to try this little beaut for quite some time. I am so impressed with this beer. Flavor, drinkability, texture. Hill Farmstead-Thanks once again.

Poured from a growler fresh from Hill Farmstead into a tuliped pint glass.
A. Pours very very hazy golden and shimmery. looks like its grapefruite juice. A nice half finger head settles down and retains preety well. Medium lacing clings to the glass.
S. Oh yeah! this stuff is great, i mean really great! Beautiful even. So much lemony orange and grapefruity hoppiness. Very strong very potent it brings a smile to your face, the nose on this rivals some of the best i have ever came across. its so light and juicy everything about it is just happy happy hoppy hoppy.
T. You can guess where I am going with this... super dank and resiny, all the scents are covered in the notes. heavy grapefruit up front, juices and rinds. the sweetness mixes so well with that hop bitterness. The hops are very very resiny, coats your mouth and really hangs around for a while. there are some light wheaty notes in there as well, that give it a nice bready feel too.
M. Awesome stuff, light to light medium on everything. very drinkable, no booze at all. perfect carbonation. the acidity is high but the hop IBU is not over the top so its very well paired up. I could drink a lot of this stuff and i plan on it.
O. Absolutely one of the better beers i have had. I will absolutely get more of this. its so juicy and such a wonderfully layered beer. the overload of citra is so welcomed and i love the resin it inherintly has. packed with beautiful citra hoppy nastiness and balanced out perfectly with whatever they have in the water up there. Im conviced there is something in that water up there. it brings everything up a notch or two!

Pours a softly pale lemon yellow with a hazy little blush inside. A creamy head of white foam that fell slowly and left good lace. Nose is bright lemon peel. As it warms some tropical mango and beautiful floral come forward. Light and flaky biscuit, with a drizzle of honey. Floral and sweet herbal back notes. Taste is lovely and even delicate. This beer has a superb mouthfeel. It's got a just a little breaddiness, just a bit of flaky sweet biscuit to make the mouthfeel creamy and give it depth. The hops are floral and lemony. The bright lemon peel with the citric tartness lightly underneath. The tropical softer stone fruits in this are permeating the drink for a juicy and ripe taste. There is a moderate but very soft bitter that is just one of the best bitters I have ever had.
Light easy to drink and very flavorful. This beer will be an instant favorite.
