A - Hazy golden orange. Very pale. It's almost a more orange grapefruit juice, the non-ruby red kind. Finger of white head that dissipates for the most part, but leaves a nice lacing.
S - Surprisingly not as strong as I'd imagine considering the taste. Just smell pure citrus fruit, no surprise. Very delicious.
T - So good. It reminds me of Zombie Dust, but not identical. Obviously the hops are the same, which is the main similarity. Huge citrus, some grapefruit. Just so juicy. Light malt backbone there possibly adding a little sweetness, but this is certainly a hoppy pale.
M - Really smooth and creamy. Not overly carbonated. No alcohol presence. Nice lingering bitterness to cleanse the palate.
O - This could be ever so slightly better as a Citra only pale, but this is damn near perfection for what they were going for. If you like Citra hops, you'll love this beer I'd imagine. Another excellent beer by Hill Farmstead.
