A - Cloudy yellow, white head has some retention and lace.
S/T - Can't help but compare this to Edward since its described as a hopped up version of Edward. While I remember Edward being heavy on the pine resin hop side of things, Harlan is brightened up considerably with notes of lemon and tangerine. Still finishes with pine resin and is bitter. Some grassy, hay yeast mid palate.
M - Medium/light body, lively carb, crisp finish, slightly abrasive hops.
O - Another solid HF beer. Easy drinking, yet it maintains depth of hop flavor and moderate bitterness while not being palate-wrecking.
Serving type: on-tap
