I had this beer on tap at the reservoir on my most recent trip up to hill farmstead this pas Saturday. This beer pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color with a large slightly off white head. The smell is tropical fruits and citrus, with the slightest hints of malt. The flavor is fruity hops with a hint of grassyness but a very small one. The mouthfeel is light with food carbonation. Overall this is one of the better single hop beers I have ever had. Double galaxy still takes the cake.

Pour is a cloudy pale yellow with a fluffy pure white head. Nose is heavy tropical fruit of pineapple and grapefruit with a nice balance of grain and bread crust. Taste is very balanced, strong clean grain, less hop forward than the nose. Carbonation is strong and the body is light with a powerful bitterness on top of the grapefruit on the rear end of the palate.
