A-first pour clear and golden. Then turned hazy with huge fluffy white head.
S-sweet hay and citrus
T- lemon, orange, tart, slight funk. At only 4 months old this is awesome. Definitely getting tarter faster than his old stuff.
M- dry and thin. I can drink a lot of this stuff.

Sampled at VT Brewfest.
A-Poured a slightly hazy yellow color. Hard to describe anything past that.
S-Clearly picking up some tartness here. Organic hard cider, lemons, funk and some hay. Whiffs of flower and grass.
T-Pretty tart but there is more going on beyond the tartness. It really reminds me of a well made hard cider without a ton of added sugar. Tart lemons and apples. Zesty yeast-funk. Pale malt. Grass and barn. Light pepper in the finish.
M-Refreshingly light and crisply tart. Very drinkable; too bad the line is a mile long, I would have returned to this one.
O-Haven't had nearly as much experience with Hill Farmstead's collection of Saisons. Guess I need to start.
Serving type: on-tap
