Poured into a Sam Adams perfect pint glass.
Appearance: 1 inch head, straw yellow in color, clear, high carbonation
Smell: light apples, straw, and florals—really appealing smell—very spring like
Taste: light apples, straw, grape, and florals
Mouthfeel: high carbonation, super light bodied, sweet
Overall: Very light, faint, and super flavorful. A delicate beer that is a masterpiece. I have yet to be disappointed by a Hill beer and this is right with the best of them. I could drink this every day. A friend of mine who I gave some to said this tasted like a fine Champaign and I tend to agree.

Sampled at VT Brewfest.
A-Poured a slightly hazy yellow color. Hard to describe anything past that.
S-Clearly picking up some tartness here. Organic hard cider, lemons, funk and some hay. Whiffs of flower and grass.
T-Pretty tart but there is more going on beyond the tartness. It really reminds me of a well made hard cider without a ton of added sugar. Tart lemons and apples. Zesty yeast-funk. Pale malt. Grass and barn. Light pepper in the finish.
M-Refreshingly light and crisply tart. Very drinkable; too bad the line is a mile long, I would have returned to this one.
O-Haven't had nearly as much experience with Hill Farmstead's collection of Saisons. Guess I need to start.

Great beer from Hill Farmstead.
Pours a nice golden yellow beer. Normal head forms at the top. Smell of brett and funk on the nose. Taste is mildly sour, perfect for a saison. Some Belgian yeast is present, but very well balanced beer. Not hoppy or bitter whatsoever. Body is light.
