750ml bottle received as a great extra in the Math Trade #4 BIF from cbeer88. Thanks! Poured into a Russian River stemmed glass.
A - Pours a pale straw gold with orange highlights...hazy and glowing with two fingers of fluffy white head that dies slowly leaving behind loose lacing on the glass.
S - Nice saison aromas - spicy with cloves especially, sugary, oranges, wheat, bubble gum, yeasty.
T - Pretty much identical to the aroma...nice clovey spiciness, sugary sweetness, grainy wheatiness, bubble gum, grassy and lightly bitter hops. Very nice.
M - Soft, creamy, lightish body, lightly funky...carbonation gives a nice little tingle on the tongue.
O - Good saison, complex, fruity, funky, spicy and refreshing. Look forward to trying more of the Hill saisons after having this one.

750 ml bottle poured into a wine glass. Bottled May 2014. 6.5% ABV
Appearance: Pours straw yellow with 3 fingers of a white soapy head with nice retention. Body is hazy but still translucent, with some light visible carbonation.
Smell: Peppery yeast, honey, wheat, grass, slightly herbal, hint of citrus and funk.
Taste: Pear, tart citrus, peppercorns, wheat, honey, lemongrass. Not sour at all, but with a nice low/medium tartness throughout.
Mouthfeel: Light medium bodied with a somewhat soft mouthfeel and medium lively carbonation. Finishes dry and lightly tart.
Overall: Another great saison from Hill Farmstead. Well worth seeking out.

2L growled poured into a Hill Farmstead glass.
Pours a nice, light, crisp golden amber color with a small white head.the nose is yeasty, fruity, a bit tart an sweet.
Taste is really well done. It's dry and sharp and crisp - a bit sweet from the honey but it's suble. There's a nice bitter/tart taste that's really crisp. Delicious!

Thanks for sharing this, Cavery!
Slightly hazed golden yellow and light amber with a pillowy, light, cloudy white head that leaves lines and dots of lacing down the glass.
Very nice aroma of citrus, namely lemon, bready and pale malts, interesting Belgian style yeast, and also a bit of spice and herbs.
The flavor is very nice balanced between bready pale malts, a bit of bright lemon citrus, and slightly musty, slightly tangy Belgian yeast.
Medium mouthfeel, crisp, with high carbonation. Incredibly light and airy--fantastically drinkable.
A superb saison. I would love to have the opportunity to drink more and more of this.
