This beer is phenomenal.
Poured on tap at Farmhouse in Burlington.
Pours a glowing bright deep yellow, hazy. One finger of foam.
Smells of grapefruit rind, hoppiness and sweetness.
Taste incredible. My palate erupts with juicy grapefruit citrus, but not too bitter.
Mouthfeel is chewy and perfect for the style.
This is a reference beer for a single hop citra DIPA. World Class.

Growler pour at the Ithaca Luminous release. Thanks, Bob!

Pours clear and golden orange, with about one inch of fizzy head.

Smells like citrus hops, with tons of floral notes as well.

Similar taste. The signature slightly catty Citra taste is there, but is a bit restrained, which is good. Light to medium bitterness, lots of grapefruit and orange.

Light to medium bodied, low carbonation, crisp mouthfeel.

Wish I could have more of this, this was a good way to start out the release.
