Reviewed from notes; consumed on 1/4/14 from a growler purchased at the farm/brewery that afternoon.
A: Poured from the growler into a Hill Farmstead pint glass that's tall and more like a stange in some ways. . . . Body is hazy golden with a white head. Good lacing left behind.
S: Nice hop-forward nose - leafy and lemony hops with a touch of pine.
T: Modest garlicky flavor, some bready malt for foundation, but the hops dominate - lemony and piney. Finishes with a good bitterness that lingers.
M: Medium in heft with a nice soft carbonation makes this one an easy drinker.
O: Well done. A flavorful APA that's off-the-charts drinkable at a little over 5% ABV. I had quite a few of these and enjoyed every one.

Enjoyed on tap at the Farmhouse Tap & Grill. Poured into a FTG snifter.
Super citrusy, like biting into a not so bitter grapefruit, quite tasty and fresh. Completely hazy yellow body, ring after ring of nice lacing. Good sustained bitterness. Farmstead knows their hops!
Serving type: on-tap
