L: Bright, hazy yellow with a lush white head and superb lacing.
A: Orange, citrus zest, peach, and a touch of spice with a clean, bready malt backing. Very soft and delicate compared to some of their other hoppy brews, it suites amarillo well.
T/M: Soft bitterness upfront that moves into nice orange zest and citrus flavor with some bready malt. Hop flavor is very prevalent through the entire sip and hold well through a dry, medium-bodied finish. The flavor really coats your mouth.
Overall, an excellent single-hop beer. They really went out of their way to balance the hops characteristics that are contributed from different parts of the process. Very tasty.
Serving type: growler
