95%+ Clara plus a hair of Edward - not barrel aged. Spiked with funk from dregs of our favorite bottles.

Obviously past its expected drinking age. Still better than I would've expected. Hill beers hold up amazingly

Thanks for sharing Skrip!
A- Pours a bright, hazy orange with a huge plume of white foam that leaves lots of lacing. Head retains great!
S- Smells intensely of brett funk, horse blanket, and wheat. Some subtle bright citrus as well. A touch of spiciness.
T- The brett funk and spiciness are really what dominate here. The barnyard hay funkiness and horse blanket are big players, along with a lot of wheat and spice. There's only the slightest hint of citrus, but really all the flavors are pretty subtle.
M- the mouth feel is super carbonated, medium thickness, and very dry.
O- Overall this was a very nice blended saison, but it could have been a bit more bold/complex flavor wise. I know saisons tend to be subtle, but this was almost bland at points. It was still very pleasant and easy to drink.
