750 mL bottle. Thanks to a few guys for hooking me up with this. Shared alongside CD 1 and CD 2. Also thanks to Starr for sharing one earlier.

Pours a clear, light golden color with a large, fluffy white head and nice lace. Very fruit and juicy nose, of wine, grape, citrus and light floral flourishes. Flavor is more of a typical saison than nose suggested, but that's not a complaint. Yeasty spice, earthy hops, slightly funky and some dry oak. Light crisp body with a refreshing dry finish.

Bottle shared by yourefragile. Thanks Michael. Civil Disobedience 1-3 side by side.

The beer is fairly hazy and straw yellow with a substantial white head. The aroma offers floral notes, oak, tart citrus, wine, oak, grass. Very enticing. The flavor is quite good as well. Additional notes of brett and earthy funk. Light bodied and easy drinking. Complex and delicious. Another winner from Hill Farmstead.

Light yellow pee pee color...small lingering head with some big bubbles...oooh!! Barnyard lemon aroma. Big carbonation with rich flavors different from many saisons. Horse blanket, fruit rind, tobacco, minerals, rich herbs, grass...not much malt or sweetness. Tasty and complex...would enjoy a 10 oz glass most any time!!

750ml bottle poured into an Allagash tulip.

Pours a hazy yellow color with a small which the had with tons of lacing. Nose is all dish soap and lavender, it is not good.

Taste is crisp and soapy, tart funk and fruit. Mouthfeel is crisp and sharp it has a bit too much soapinss. Overall its not very good.

Bottle provided by Sean9689...you're amazing. Poured into tulip.

A - Pours a clear golden yellow/orange color, frothy white head, thick collar, spotty lace, wisps on top.

S - Floral notes, slightly sweet fruity notes, funk, subtle hay and spices. The light fruity sweetness is very enjoyable, apples and pears and such, good stuff.

T - A nice balance of floral notes, light fruity sweetness, and a very light tartness that shows itself from sip to sip. There's also a light oak presence in there that I didn't pick up on the nose. Overall, very nice and well-balance...very complex. Finish is light tart fruit and floral notes.

M - Light body, good carbonation, dry finish.

O - Another excellent blend that I enjoyed very much. I'm looking forward to seeing how this one changes over time, as I feel it has the most room for it to evolve into something really different. Another HF winner.
