Served alongside Port Damon and Double Barrel Damon.
The beer is dark brown, near black, with a small beige collar. Aromas of dark roast, chocolate. Rich and flavorful. Dark chocolates. Oak and bourbon character are there, but don't overwhelm the flavor profile. Elegant feel. Medium to full bodied with moderate carbonation. While I enjoy everything Hill Farmstead, in general, it seems the stouts are not quite up to the level of their saisons and IPAs.
