Poured into a Dogfish Head Spiegelau IPA glass.
A - A very light colored DIPA. Very bright with a bubbly white head.
S - Tons of citrus notes. Probably citra hops have a big part in this.
T - Excellent flavor. The citrus flavors match the smell. A perfect balance of bitterness and a mild malt background. Great hop presence. Flavors of orange, lemon and grapefruit.
M - Extremely smooth. So easy to drink. Perfect carbonation.
O - An excellent, refreshing DIPA. Definitely a different take on a DIPA than the ones I have had before. Definitely worth trying if you have the chance.

Poured from a 22. Extremely bright yellow (2-3 SRM), hazy. Well but not overly carbonated. Reeks of tropical fruits and pungent hops. Tastes like a funky hop/pineapple creamsicle. Mouthfeel is unbelievably dense and chewy despite it's extreme drinkability. Hops linger on the tongue for what seems like forever. Wow! This might be the best DIPA I've ever had. Highly recommended.
