750ml growler poured into a Hill Farmstead taster.

A~ glowing orange as expected but a lot clearer than expected for sure! nice fluffy head and some lacing.

S~ whoa! tons of fruit! crazy apricot forward followed by lemon, lime, peach and grapefruit. fresh cut grass and nice earthy hops.

T~ dannnnnnnnkkkkk! follows the nose pretty much. more hop presence here but the non existent fruit still comes through haha!

M~ perfect carb, amazingly refreshing and rather dry.

O~ i love this! if i didn't enjoy black IPA's a tad more this would totally be my favorite of the series! i can't believe the fruit that comes out. just the perfect mix of simcoe and amarillo! get it!

Pours a dull, orange-gold with a loose head that dissipates into a filmy, sudsy slick. Amazing nose! Tropical fruit and bubblegum. Taste consistent with nose; however, there's a bid citrus rind presence the cuts through the flavor profile. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body (but closer to medium) with a light and lively carbonation. Overall, a great DIPA with a well-hidden abv.

Growler purchased from Hill Farmstead Brewery in Greensboro Bend, VT.

Pours a pale hazy orange, with a big 2 inch head, and a bit of lacing, not a whole lot. Great color to this.

Smells very strongly of orange and other citrus aromas, with some grapefruit too. Just really, really juicy.

The taste is similar. Only the faintest hint of pale malt flavors, with tons of juicy citrus- both the flesh and some more bitter rind flavors, with a tiny bit of pine. As said before, this one is exceedingly juicy.

Like most hoppy Hill Farmstead beers, the mouthfeel on this one is basically perfect. So light and airy, fluffy like a cloud, with a slight lingering bitterness, and a lower, but still present amount of carbonation. Insanely drinkable.

This is just as good, if not better, than the other Society beers I've had.
