Double dry-hopped cask version.

A-Pours the color of illuminated honey. Bubbly head is very splotchy. Opaque. Pours like its a light bodied beer.

S-Plenty of sweet honey. Malty is animal crackers and sweetened uncooked dough. Also the dry-hopping extends a pleasant aroma of ripe citrus and sun-dried grass. Pretty awesome. Smells like a casked brew somehow.

T-This is literally a liquid creamsicle. Melted creamsicle. Hard to describe it beyond that…Honeysuckle and light grain. Citrus flesh hops with a vanilla backing…One more time; creamsicle beer.

M-Cask! Warm and flat and Heavenly creamy. This beer was perfect for the cask.

O/D-This beer was far better than I thought it would be. Liquid creamsicle. Honeysuckle notes were fantastic too. Dry-hopping really put some great flare on this beer. One of my weekend's most pleasant surprises.

Tap: Poured a clear light yellow color ale with a medium white head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma consists of light wheat malt note with some dry floral hoppy notes. Taste is also dominated by dry floral hoppy notes with light wheat notes and some cereal notes are also discernable. Body is light with medium carbonation. Good but I think it would have been even better if more wheat had been used.

Had a stein of this while enjoying the patio view at Trapp with Alewife on 01JUN13....

This offering was a clear, pale golden color. Had steady carbo, and a frothy, off-white head with good lace. Though mild, it smelled a bit wheaty, with some spicy hoppiness present. It felt fairly smooth going down, with a decent body.

Flavor started with some light crackery notes and dry wheat action. It was crisp and dry, with some grassy tones. It was decent on a hot Spring day, but didn't do much for me otherwise.... Prosit!

Purchased at Bennington Beverage Outlet in Bennington, VT for $9.95/growler.

My version states it is 4.2%.

A: hazy, amber color, pours with a tons of head that has nice lacing and gives way to lacing
S: full nose, dry hopped nose, clean, crisp with some biscuity malt undertones
T: very clean and well-made lager, very quenching with biscuity malt and good hop finish with dry-hopping in finish
M: quenching, refreshing, well-made
O: it's a real treat to be able to try a well-made lager in America since there are so few breweries doing it!!

On tap poured into a pint glass.

Pours a nice slightly hazy golden color with almost no head but some nice light lacing. Nose is very light but a bit hoppy.

Taste is very crisp and refreshing with a light hop bite on the finish. Mouthfeel is sharp and smooth with a sulfur taste that I ready like.
