A: A very small smokehouse type of place. you can tell loclals freqient here a lot. Some beer talk and just a mixed crowd on every day I have been here
Q: I always say that Dick's beer ranges between average and good on any given day
S: Always super friendly and helpful. Pretty attentive as well but they usually have one person working the restraunt portion so at lunch time it can get a little slow so be patient
S: About a dozen handles of flagship stuff and two others from the dedication line up
F: Food is always good here. The menu of course leans to the carnivore side so vegetarians might be offended

This is truly an interesting place, certainly not what you would expect from a roadside deli. In fact I have never seen another place quite like this. They have a great selection of beer and dried meat. We had lunch and it was good average deli food, nothing stood out except the beer selection. It is locally brewed, (Dicks brewing Co), and this is one of the places that you can purchase it (I believe the owner of this place and Dick's brewery are the same). Its been about 6 months since I have been there, and cannot remember what beers I tried, but both were quite delicious and I will be returning to Northwest Sausage and Deli my next trip to Centralia.
