12 oz. bottle, bottled 04/13/16 stamped on the label. Another new one to me from Odd Side Ales; acquired a single bottle of this stuff from the local bottle shop. This one a Dry Hopped Lager. No abv listed on the bottle anywhere.
Poured to a Unibroue Maudite snifter.
A - Pours a pale straw yellow body, with lots of chill haze. Semi-translucent; hazy. Good finger of frothy white head that stays a while, leaving nice scattered fluffy lacing. Apt carbonation.
S - Aroma comes off dry and funky, initially. Smells very yeasty, with notes of earthiness, grass, hay, citrus & lemon / orange peel.
T - Taste follows the nose: lots of dry grassy, herbal hops, light notes of funky yeast, and notes of citrus fruit - orange, mango, lemon zest. Very interesting stuff.
M - Feel is smooth, crisp, clean, fluid. Semi-dry & bready finish, with good lingering herbal / piney hop bitterness. Feels very fresh & floral. Light-bodied with good carbonation; sessionable stuff.
Overall, a unique and flavorful dry hopped lager from Odd Side Ales. Very enjoyable stuff.

Another Michigan beer with a weird twang to it. It poured a straw yellow with white head that is not leaving much of a lace. The scent is a floral spice like hop. The taste is somewhat evenly balanced with twang after taste. The Mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's ok....i would not go searching this one out.

The only really surprising thing about this beer is the nose. I smell a lot of strong grapefruit zest, but taste none in the body and finish.

OddSide Ales Chillindamos.
Y'know, some beers just catch your eye. A dry hopped...lager? Lmfao. But, at a buck 'o nine a single I figured I could take the risk on it without too many complaints. Even if it ends up sucking I didn't lose much :).
Look - Pours a murky honey comb golden with a three finger bubbly white head that actually sticks around and pays more than its security deposits. Carbonation appears to be pretty damn high, but no big deal for the style. Lacing is spotty although noticeable. Lacing in a lager...never though I'd see the day. 4.25.
Smell - Wow...you mean a lager that actually smells like some work went into it?! dry mosaic hops without a touch of some ridiculous cheap adjunct garbage?! Unheard of! Until now. 4.25.
Taste - Yep those Mosaic hops just keep on rolling in. Very floral and a touch bitter with a orange peel like aspect though nowhere near overwhelming like a lot of brews. No sign of any lager esque garbage. Tastes more like a dry-hopped pale ale. 4.25.
Feel - Body is actually moderate though with the usual amount of large carbonation. Sits very easy and swallows even easier. Creamy as well due to the retained head. 4.25.
Overall - If this is truly a lager...It's the best damn one I have ever had . Certainly on par, if not better than Lagunitas DayTime and a few other dry hopped Pale ales I have had. A highly session able easy drinker. Really shows what the ' big guys ' cut corners on to turn out maximum swill at minimal costs. Hell, even beats out Mosaic Promise by a slim margin. Realllyyyyy makes me wonder about some of the shit I read on bottles these days... at this point, combined with all the other brews I've ha out of them, OddSide are some solid mofos. 4.25..
