On tap at Odd Side this past weekend. Served in a pint glass.
Pours a moderate amber color with a good, thick off-white head and a nice bit of lacing as it moves down the glass. The nose hits first with some nice earthy hops as well as light caramel and bread-crust notes. Behind that is some mild citrus character.
Flavor is balanced between malt and hops, with the latter being comprised mostly of earthy and herbal characteristics with the addition of some citrus. Light-medium body and good carbonation; slightly-dry finish. Good brew worth trying.
Serving type: on-tap

Poured from a 64oz growler into two pint glasses. Thanks to HeatherAnn for the assist!
A: Perfectly hazy. Dark peach color with a pillowy/creamy eggshell head. Excellent retention and sticky lace.
S: Faint spiciness and light fruit. Suprisingly strong malty/nutty backbone.
T: See above with a bit of brown sugar to keep things interesting. Hops take on a earthy/grassy tone.
M: Spicy and prickly. Sticky, creamy, and slightly peppery.
O: Enjoyable. We wished that the hops were a bit more assertive but this was a great effort.
