Appearance: Hazy amber with a slight red tint under a lacy 3” finely bubbled moussey off-white foam cap. Smell: Sour, tart, fruity, lemony with hints of barnyard. Taste: very refreshing, light, over ripe fruit, lemony, tart well balanced with the malt. Mouthfeel: Light body with carbonation approaching soda pop levels.

16oz to a snifter
Pours a clear dark gold with a finger of head that dissipated pretty quickly. Moderate carbonation stemming from the sides of the glass, good full and sticky lacing
Smells of oak, vinegar, earthy tart cherry, spicy belgian funk, leather, and a hint of alcohol. Not very face twisting, mild on the sour side
Taste is quite a bit better than the nose. Upfront sour cherry and apple, oak, vinegar, leather, with a touch of alcohol. Big improvement over the aroma. Large notes of orange and tangerine as it warms
Feel is face twisting sour with a dry finish. Alcohol concealed well, very drinkable
Overall a really good beer, pick it up if you see it

Pours a slightly hazy peach with a half inch of head. No lace.
Lemon, oak, pale malts, earth and floral hops make up the smell.
Heavy sour lemon punch right up front, floral hops and slightly sweet malts follow, hint of wheat at the finish. Very smooth but tart.
Tastes like a double Berliner Weiss plus something. I'm a fan. Will try to score a few to cellar.
