Boo Koo IPA is a straw colored All Mosaic IPA. A simple Pilsen grain bill makes this brew hop forward, spotlighting the piney aroma and foresty flavors with an overall unique experience. Clocking in at 6.5% ABV with 65 IBUs, It’s just beaucoup enough, just don’t call it “Too Bookoo!”

A: Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a bone white head. Some nice lace streaks down the glass.

S: Kind of a musty attic hop smell, if that makes sense. There are some tropical and citrus hop notes here, mainly passion fruit, pineapple and kiwi, but there's the musty malt blanket covering it.

T: Has some light grapefruit, tangerine and light floral hops. There's a pretty deep earthy malt backbone, with some spicy rye- like notes. Finish has some pine hop resin. It's alright. So far, I just don't know if Mosaic hops are for me.

Great tasting IPA. Smooth and relaxing. I recommend this beer for most IPA drinkers. If you like a nice tasting, not too bitter beer give it a try. Nice color, nice smell, good taste but it's a little murky.

Got this from my friend @csp0380.
A - Pours a clear golden orange with 1 finger of head.
S - Aroma is mango, grapefruit and piney.
T - Mango is the flavor on the front end. The bitterness at the finish is a lot of grapefruit zest.
M - Medium mouth feel and carbonation.
O - A good, solid IPA.

If you love Fresh Squeezed IPA from Deschutes Brewery then you will love this one too. A bit lighter in color (I prefer lighter colored IPAs - reminds me of the Pliny malts) and a little creamier than Fresh Squeezed. A really easy drinking IPA. A must try if you love Mosaic hops. I got this in a can - poured great - not missing the bottle at all.

Pours a finger of head on a clear straw body.
The aroma is danky citrus.
The taste is clean with a quick bitter followed by a honey sweet and some spice. Nice.
The texture is crisp.
Enjoyable.

On tap at Brewhouse Gallery. Served in a pint glass. Hazy pale orange. Nice white head. Lightly tropical. Some lemon. Popcorn malt. Tastes less of hops, but still has a melon flavor. Cracker and doughy sweet malt. Grapefruit bitterness. Medium body. Solid IPA that maybe isn’t bursting with hop flavor.

Enjoy by 9/26/15, 12oz can poured into a tulip

A- pours a clear pale golden-orange color with a one-finger creamy white head that retains for a while before settling into t thin film

S- nice mix of citrus, pine and grassy hops with aromas of tangerine, red berries, herbal & earthy. Faint caramel malt

T- earthy hops up front with highlights of citrus, pine and fresh cut grass. Fruity red berry mixes with underlying caramel malt and a hint of mango and mint before finishing dry with a fruity hop linger

M- medium body and carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that turns into a creamy finish

O- a nice showcase of the mosaic hop that is packed with plenty of hop flavor, but remains very drinkable and not overbearing
