Poured a pale golden yellow with a thin white head and left a little lacing sticking to the glass. As far as the nose it was pretty basic consisting of grains, very slight hops and. Faint citrus notes, like the nose the taste was simple as well with a very slight hop character, citrus and grains that were the stars of the show. The brew was light in body with a good amount of carbonation that had a sweet thin crisp finish. It drank very good due to the thin consistency and is a good session beer in a hot summer day by the pool.

On-tap at Mother Earth

A: The pour is a light golden/yellow color with a nice white head on top.

S: Slightly sweet with hints of malt but that's really about it. A hint of floral hop aroma, but faint (much like the rest of the nose).

T: The flavor was also quite light, but I suppose that's the point. There is a mild hop bitterness along with some light malt sweetness.

M: A pretty good body on this for a fairly light beer and lively carbonation.

D: I'm not really sure what this beer is, and the people at the brewery were sort of short on details about it (we'll call it a cream ale). Whatever it was, easy to drink, but not all that interesting.
