On tap at Mother Earth. A single hop session Amber Ale with Chinook.
A: Golden orange with a big white head. Good retention. Good clarity.
S: Bread, caramel, and light citrus - perhaps orange. Gives the impression of balance. Orange comes out a bit more as the beer opens up and grassy notes are apparent.
T: Malt imparts a slight bready character to accompany caramel. Grassy and herbal notes are evident, along with faint citrus. Well balanced, with an upper low bitterness.
M: Upper light in body with moderate carbonation. Mouthfeel is smooth and sticky.
Overall: Easy to drink, but not a lot going on.
